Isai Fajardo Tapia
Isai Fajardo Tapia received his BE in electrical-electronic
engineering from The National Autonomous University of México (UNAM)
and a master degree in scientific instrumentation (astronomy) also
from UNAM. He has participated in particle physics projects in Mexico
(Solar Neutron Telescope, UNAM) and Argentina (Buried Array Telescope
at Auger, Pierre Auger Observatory).
He has been trained in spacecraft design, ground systems, mission
operations and satellite communication for the operation of
geostationary satellites for the mexican government.
He is currently working for the Mexican Space Agency (AEM) conducting
a nationwide training program in Cansat projects and education program
related with rockets, systems engineering, small satellites and space
systems.
He is a graduate of the Cansat Leader Training Program and his
research interests include space systems engineering, spacecraft
instrumentation, mission planning, small satellites, highly-integrated
architectures for space systems, environmental testing and new
materials in space.
